The Bell School PTO would like to welcome all of our new and returning Bell families! We hope you had a wonderful summer!
We are excited for the 2018-2019 school year and are eager to share a bit about the Bell School PTO and our goals for the upcoming year. The PTO’s primary goal is to raise funds to enhance the educational experiences of all of our students at Bell School. We provide funding for cultural enrichment programs and technology, organize fun events like Bingo Night, The Fun Run and Field Day. We also help to support hands-on learning experiences such as those provided by the Bell Organic Garden. The Bell School PTO is run by volunteers and we welcome all parents and guardians into our membership!
Below, please find the three main modes of connecting with the Bell School PTO.
1. Website: www.bellpto.org. Our website will keep you up to date regarding our latest events, fundraisers and volunteering opportunities.
2. Facebook: “Like” us at www.facebook.com/MalcolmLBellElementarySchool.
3. Email: Contact us at MalcolmBellPTO@gmail.com.
Another way we strive to keep our Bell School community together is through our Bell School family directory called myschoolanywhere.com. This easy to use resource is a great way to receive updates from the PTO as well as contact classmates for playdates, birthday parties, etc. Our website has every detail you need in order to join or update your information.
The Bell School PTO would not be able to thrive without the support and involvement of our Bell families. We hope you will join our efforts by attending PTO meetings, helping out at the Magic Hat or volunteering at any of our various events. None of our programs would be possible without your generosity and financial support.
One of the biggest ways to help support all of our students and programs is through our Annual Fall Contribution Drive. Our Fall Contribution Drive is set for September because it gives us the financial boost to start the year off strong and helps us to determine what we are able to accomplish. If you would like to make a contribution, no amount is too small. We are looking forward to starting off the year with a bang! Contributions can be made via the donation link on our PTO website, via myschoolanywhere.com or by check. Please make checks payable to: “Bell School PTO” and deliver to the Bell School Main Office in a sealed envelope, preferably by September 20, 2018.
We welcome you to join us at our first PTO meeting on October 3rd at 8:30 a.m. and for our New Parent Coffee with Principal, Donna Zaeske, on September 5th at 8:30 a.m. in the Lower Bell gymnasium. Thank you for your continued interest and support.
Here’s to a great 2018-2019 school year!
